My name is Tara, and I created Tara Osuna Atelier with a simple desire: to restore crochet to its rightful place in contemporary craftsmanship.

I have always been fascinated by materials, by the precision of the gesture, and by the ability of handcraft to tell a story. Each creation is thus born in my hands, with patience, intention, and the desire to bring functional beauty to everyday life.

My world is deeply inspired by the contrasts that surround me: the gentleness of natural landscapes, urban energy, light, the texture of sand, the modernity of architectural lines, the freedom of the horizon. From these influences emerges a style that is at once bohemian, refined, and resolutely modern , shaping the identity of my collections—Bohemian, Urban, and Chic.

In my workshop, I work exclusively with premium 100% cotton threads made in Europe , renowned for their impeccable drape, softness, and durability. I combine these with carefully selected materials: aluminum rings , gold lurex threads , elegant clasps, and refined details. These materials are never left to chance: they structure the piece, define its character, and create a recognizable aesthetic signature.

Because each design is crocheted entirely by hand , no two creations are identical — and that is precisely what gives them their soul.

I envision this craftsmanship as a bridge between tradition and modernity. I love reinventing crochet to create contemporary shapes, practical and elegant bags designed for women who love fashion as much as authenticity. Women who seek unique, durable pieces that have a story and meaning.

It is this vision that gave birth to iconic designs like Lurra , with its raw and urban character, or Izar , luminous and structured, inspired by the vibrant nights that so profoundly affected me. Each piece bears a carefully chosen name, often drawn from Basque culture, to further anchor my creations in strong and sincere roots.

Today, Tara Osuna Atelier is more than a brand: it is an invitation to consume differently, to favour handmade , quality , time , and the beauty of an object crafted to last.
I create in small series, I manufacture to order, and I pay particular attention to every detail. My goal: to offer unique, high-end accessories that combine style, practicality, and artisanal craftsmanship.

Through my bags and accessories, I wish to share an experience: that of a modern, human, sensitive and profoundly authentic craftsmanship.
